Responsibilities

• Handle, control, and oversee the overall performance of assigned accounts or portfolio.
• Manage flow rate of accounts through collection follow-ups to cure and prevent higher bucket delinquencies.
• Evaluate and assist loan borrowers in resolving service issues that lead to non-payment.
• Administer and supervise third-party collection agencies and conduct review/checklists.
