Job summary

RCBC Bankard Services Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a capable Collections Operations Manager to oversee external agencies, monitor performance, and drive collection rates.

You will coach collectors, ensure timely endorsements, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns while ensuring compliance with policies and external regulations.

This role requires leadership, analytical thinking, and a proven track record in managing agency partners.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year business course.
• Preferably with at least 2 years' experience in handling Collection Operation Experience in managing collections/legal agencies.
• Strong leadership skills, analytical, organized, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Proficient in computer applications, with working knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the performance of assigned external collection agencies.
• Evaluate agencies' collection strategies to maximize productivity and collection rates.
• Monitor daily performance, provide coaching, and motivate external collectors to ensure target achievement.
• Prepare endorsements and ensure their timely release to collection agencies for necessary collection efforts.
• Control and monitor various activities of the assigned external collection agencies to ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures as well as external regulations.
• Work closely with relevant internal departments for the speedy and appropriate resolution of client-raised concerns and issues.
