Job summary

YTO EXPRESS (PHILIPPINES) TECHNOLOGY GROUP CORPORATION is hiring a Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily loading and unloading at the hub or warehouse in Bulacan. You will assign staff to vehicles, bays, routes, and areas based on daily volume, ensuring correct sorting, scanning, counting, and loading.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field, 2–3 years in logistics/warehouse ops, strong leadership, and Excel skills. Shifts, weekends, and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, operations management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse loading/unloading, sortation, or delivery operations.
• Knowledge of parcel handling, loading procedures, warehouse operations, and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily loading and unloading activities at the hub, warehouse, or sortation center.
• Assign loading personnel to designated vehicles, loading bays, routes, and operational areas based on daily volume and manpower requirements.
• Ensure parcels and shipments are properly sorted, scanned, counted, and loaded according to their designated destination and route.
• Ensure parcels are properly arranged and secured inside delivery vehicles to prevent damage, loss, or misrouting during transportation.
• Monitor loading schedules and ensure that vehicles are loaded and dispatched within the required timeline.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Sorting, Warehouse, and Operations Teams regarding vehicle availability, loading priorities, delivery volume, and operational requirements.
• Monitor the loading sequence and ensure that priority, urgent, special-handling, and time-sensitive shipments are properly identified and loaded accordingly.
• Verify parcel quantities and shipment information against loading manifests, trip sheets, scanning records, or other operational documents.
• Conduct regular monitoring of loading areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper workflow.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on loading volume, manpower productivity, loading performance, discrepancies, damages, and other operational activities.

About the role

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, loading/unloading, sortation, or delivery operations
• Knowledge of parcel handling, loading procedures, warehouse operations, and logistics processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to supervise personnel and manage multiple operational activities in a fast-paced environment
• Physically capable of working in a warehouse, hub, or loading area and conducting regular operational monitoring
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, holidays, or extended hours as required by operations
