Supervise and coordinate the activities of drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics personnel.
Plan, organize, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, returns, and logistics documentation.
Monitor and control delivery schedules, vehicle assignments, and routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding shipments and delivery requirements.
Ensure compliance with transport laws, safety standards, and company protocols.
Handle issues related to delays, damaged goods, or customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of delivery vehicles and warehouse facilities.
Prepare logistics reports for management (delivery performance, costs, incidents, etc.).
