Job summary

PH Global Jet Express is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily sorting, parcel scans, CCTV monitoring, and damaged goods compliance at our Pasig facility.

The ideal candidate has a degree in logistics or related field, 3–5 years in logistics/warehouse roles, and leadership experience. Strong organizational, communication, and MS Office/logistics system skills are essential to manage couriers, schedules, and quality controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution operations.
• With supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors daily sorting operations and tracks parcel scans.
• Oversees CCTV and handles damaged/unlabeled parcels on camera.
• Tracks inbound/outbound scans and verifies sorting accuracy for delivery or RTS.
• Coordinates with admin to assign couriers, checks truck operation schedules, and guides sprinters on re-deliveries.

The role involves monitoring daily sorting, tracking parcel scans, overseeing CCTV systems, and handling damaged goods compliance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Facility & Equipment Checks: Maintains cleanliness of the work area and ensures equipment functions properly with controlled supplies.

• CCTV & Security Monitoring: Inspects CCTV daily and oversees the opening of damaged or "headless" (unlabeled) parcels on camera.

• Parcel & Scan Inspection: Tracks pick-up packages, inbound/outbound scans, and verifies sorting accuracy for delivery or Return-to-Sender (RTS).

• Courier & Fleet Coordination: Collaborates with admin to assign couriers for delivery, verifies truck operation schedules, and instructs sprinters on re-deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

• At least 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution operations

• With supervisory or leadership experience

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
