Job summary

First Circle in Manila is seeking a Field Collector or Skip Tracer to join our growing Collections Team. You will manage delinquent accounts through legal recovery processes, including case filing and coordination with customers.

The role involves representing the company in court, drafting documents, negotiating settlements, monitoring litigation timelines, and reporting outcomes. 2–5 years experience preferred; fresh grads may apply.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in remedial support or related roles.
• Experience in drafting demand letters or legal documents is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills for formal correspondence.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Case initiation and documentation: prepare legal docs and evidence for filing.
• Legal representation: represent First Circle in court and witness when needed.
• Legal documents drafting: draft litigation-related documents.
• Account monitoring: track status and deadlines of litigated accounts.
• Settlement negotiation: negotiate settlements with customers.
• Reporting and compliance: produce detailed case reports and preserve evidence.
