First Circle in the Philippines is seeking a Field Collector or Skip Tracer to join the Collections Team as a Remedial Officer. You will manage delinquent accounts through legal recovery processes, including filing cases and coordinating settlements.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing demand letters or legal-related documentation is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Case Initiation and Documentation: Prepare legal documents and organize evidence for case filing
• Legal Representation: Represent First Circle in court and testify as needed
• Legal Documents Drafting: Draft documents required for litigation
• Account Monitoring: Track status of accounts under litigation and ensure timelines
• Settlement Negotiation: Engage with customers to establish settlement plans
• Reporting and Compliance: Prepare reports on case status and outcomes while maintaining evidence
