Job summary

Saulog & De Leon Law Offices in Makati is expanding its field collections team and seeks Field Collectors / Collection Specialists to conduct on-site visits to borrowers at verified addresses and help recover delinquent accounts for banks and financial institutions.

You will handle credit card, auto loan, business loan, and other financial obligations, coordinate payment commitments, maintain field reports, and ensure compliance with confidentiality and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience as Field Collector or similar role.
• Experience handling collections for banks/financial institutions.
• Familiar with field collection, skip tracing, and address verification.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Organized and able to handle multiple accounts.
• Willing to perform extensive field work; motorized applicants with a valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personal field visits to borrowers at residential, business, employment, or other verified addresses.
• Handle delinquent accounts including credit cards, auto loans, business loans, personal loans, and other bank/financial accounts.
• Communicate professionally with borrowers to obtain payment commitments / Promises to Pay (PTP).
• Conduct address verification and basic skip tracing when necessary.
• Prepare and submit accurate Field Collection / Visit Reports for assigned accounts.
• Provide proper proof and documentation of field visits (timestamps, GPS/geotagging, photos).
• Conduct follow-up visits and monitor payment commitments as instructed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable collection policies and regulations.

About the role

The Field Collector / Collection Specialist will be responsible for conducting personal field visits to borrowers/debtors at their residential, business, employment, or other verified addresses to assist in the collection and recovery of delinquent accounts for clients, primarily banks and financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting personal field visits to borrowers/debtors at their residential, business, employment, or other verified addresses
• Handling delinquent accounts involving credit cards, auto loans, business loans, personal loans, and other bank/financial accounts
• Communicating professionally with borrowers regarding their outstanding obligations and obtaining payment commitments / Promises to Pay (PTP)
• Conducting address verification and basic skip tracing when necessary
• Preparing and submitting accurate Field Collection / Visit Reports for assigned accounts
• Providing proper proof and documentation of field visits, including timestamps, GPS/geotagging, photos, and other required information
• Conducting follow-up visits and monitoring payment commitments as instructed
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and data privacy and complying with applicable collection policies and regulations

About you

• Have previous experience as a Field Collector, Collection Specialist, Credit & Collection Officer, Motorized Collector, or similar position
• Preferably have experience handling collection accounts for banks, financing companies, lending companies, or other financial institutions
• Have experience handling credit card, auto loan, business loan, personal loan, or similar delinquent accounts
• Are familiar with field collection, skip tracing, and address verification
• Have good communication and negotiation skills
• Are organized and capable of handling multiple assigned accounts and field assignments
• Are comfortable using mobile applications, GPS/geotagging, and digital reporting tools
• Are willing to perform extensive field work
• Motorized applicants with a valid driver's license are preferred
