Job summary

First Circle in the Philippines is seeking a Field Collector or Collection Analyst to support our collections efforts across Low Recovery and FSA accounts. You will perform desk and field collections, including on-site visits, to recover delinquent balances.

Responsibilities include negotiating Promises to Pay, following up diligently, and maintaining up-to-date records while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• 1–5 years of relevant field collection experience.
• Willing to perform field work and own a motorcycle.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Low Recovery and FSA accounts to ensure effective handling.
• Conduct desk and field collections, tracing, and on-site visits.
• Negotiate Promises to Pay and payment terms; actively follow up.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and visits.
• Strive to meet or exceed recovery, productivity, and performance targets.
