Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a Field Collections Officer to manage overdue accounts in Metro Manila with a focus on field visits and payment follow-ups. You will negotiate terms, perform skip tracing when needed, and track status to meet targets while upholding ethical standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in field collection, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel. A valid motorcycle license and field-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of field collection experience is required.
• Experience in banking, lending, financing, or debt collection is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting.
• Willing to travel frequently within the assigned area.
• Own motorcycle and valid driver's license.
• Comfortable working primarily in the field.
• Willing to handle delinquent accounts and collection targets.
• Previous Field Collector experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers with overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payment terms and secure collection commitments.
• Locate customers through field visits and skip tracing when needed.
• Track payments, commitments, and account status.
• Prepare basic collection reports and account updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams on account concerns and resolutions.
• Meet collection targets while maintaining professional and ethical customer interactions.
