Job summary

Minty Living is seeking a highly organized Listing Onboarding & Optimization Officer to lead end-to-end onboarding of new properties and ensure listings launch on time and to high quality standards.

You will collaborate with Operations, Design, Revenue Management, Marketing, Photography, and leadership to coordinate every step of onboarding, listing management, and optimization, driving efficiency and consistency across platforms.

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Experience with GUESTY is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete onboarding process for new vacation rental properties.
• Create and maintain onboarding timelines and project trackers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all launch requirements are completed.
• Keep stakeholders updated on onboarding progress and launch dates.
• Identify blockers early and proactively resolve issues.
• Create, update, and optimize property listings across multiple OTA platforms.
• Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and consistent.
• Upload and organize photos, amenities, house rules, descriptions, and property information.
• Perform quality assurance checks before listings go live.
• Maintain listing accuracy as properties evolve.
• Review listings for opportunities to improve presentation and guest conversion.
• Ensure branding and formatting standards are consistently followed.
• Audit existing listings for missing or outdated information.
• Recommend process improvements that increase onboarding speed and quality.
• Work closely with Design Team, Photography, Revenue Management, Guest Experience, Operations to coordinate deadlines and accountability across teams.
