Job summary

AvantStay is seeking a Property Onboarding Manager to own the onboarding lifecycle from signed contract to live listing. You will serve as the primary liaison between homeowners and AvantStay’s internal stakeholders, using our tech stack to track progress and surface risks.

You will collaborate with Field Ops, Market Leaders, and other teams to ensure on-time delivery, implement process automation, and analyze onboarding metrics to improve efficiency and homeowner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in property onboarding and project management or a similar client-facing role.
• Hospitality, real estate, and/or property management experience required.
• Proven success managing complex, client-facing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; able to build trust and deliver clear updates.
• Track record of using technology and data to streamline processes and drive improvement.
• Strong proficiency with CRM and collaboration tools (Slack, Salesforce).
• Process-minded, solutions-focused approach; resourceful and organized.
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding lifecycle from signed contract to live listing.
• Serve as primary liaison between homeowners and internal stakeholders.
• Use tech stack, dashboards, and PM tools to track progress and surface risks.
• Collaborate with Field Operations, Market Leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate onboarding tasks.
• Analyze onboarding metrics and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Provide regular updates on progress, milestones, risks, and contingency plans.
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations for AvantStay and homeowners.
• Analyze processes and industry trends to drive improvements.
• Ensure properties meet AvantStay brand standards before listing.
