CS Outsource is seeking a creative Marketing & Onboarding Specialist to support real estate agents and clients with marketing setup, training, and brand development. You will onboard new clients, guide them through digital tools, and enhance their marketing presence through effective strategies and design.

The role focuses on onboarding clients, leading Zoom sessions, and creating cohesive branding across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media marketing and client onboarding.
• Strong Canva/design skills and branding sense.
• Comfortable hosting Zoom sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of real estate or STR industry is a plus.
• Able to explain technical tools simply.
• Organized with multiple onboarding sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Zoom onboarding sessions with new clients and agents to set up their accounts and tools.
• Assist clients in setting up and optimizing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Train clients on how to effectively use social media for real estate marketing.
• Create visually appealing marketing materials using Canva (posts, flyers, banners).
• Design and set up professional email signatures aligned with branding.
• Support marketing efforts with creative ideas and strategies to boost visibility and lead generation.
• Collaborate with agents to align marketing with target audiences and property portfolios.
• Ensure branding and content remain consistent across platforms.
