Job summary

A well-known restaurant chain in Pasay is seeking a Kitchen Staff to maintain cleanliness and assist in food preparation. Responsibilities include cleaning dishes and equipment, washing and preparing ingredients, and monitoring inventories. Candidates should preferably be graduates of Hotel and Restaurant Management or related courses, but undergraduates are also welcome. The position offers a daily rate starting from Php695.00, plus a meal allowance, incentives, and the potential for permanent employment.

• Preferably has kitchen commis experience.
• Bring an updated resume and valid ID.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the chef.
• Sweeping and mopping floors, as required.
• Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.
• Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations.
• Assisting with the monitoring of inventory.
• Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the kitchen manager.
• Packaging customers' leftover food upon request.
• Cleaning trash cans and disposing refuse on a regular basis.
• Preferably graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management/Services, or any course related. Undergraduate and SHS graduate may also be considered.
• Preferably with kitchen commis experienced.
• Advantage if possess WORK SKILLS
• Bring a updated resume and valid id.

Pay: From Php695.00 per day with 100 meal allowance and incentives monthly.
