Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Follow portion control and presentation guidelines for consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned workstation.
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely manner.
• Rotate and label ingredients properly to ensure freshness and food safety.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
