R2 Group of Exclusive Brands in Manila is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards, while maintaining a clean workstation.

Qualifications

At least 6 months of experience as a Line Cook.
College undergraduate or Vocational graduate.
With pleasing personality.
Willing to undergo training.

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
Follow portion control and presentation guidelines for consistency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned workstation.
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely manner.
Rotate and label ingredients properly to ensure freshness and food safety.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
