SGS is seeking a detail-oriented data entry specialist in the Philippines to register samples into LIMS, prepare invoices, and distribute statements to clients. The role requires accuracy, adherence to QC guidelines, and strong communication with accounts payable teams.

Candidate should have a minimum of secondary education, 3 years of data-entry experience, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Hybrid work may be required, with onsite tasks for 2–6 months as needed.

Formación

• Minimum of secondary education is required.
• 3 years of experience in data entry is required.
• Experience with ISO/IEC 17025 is preferred.
• Experience in invoicing is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Register samples into LIMS to create work orders.
• Prepare customer invoices and statements for accounts payable.
• Distribute documents to clients and assign to AP contacts.
