Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Registers samples onto LIMS per SSF to create work orders.
• Distributes invoices and statements to client accounts payable contacts.
• Communicates discrepancies to supervisor or Canadian resource for resolution.
• Applies QC protocols to work orders to meet guidelines.
• Generates acknowledgment for work orders and links price lists to orders.
• Follows client invoicing instructions to improve production efficiency.
• Prepares and distributes customer invoices and statements.
• Monitors payments and follows up with clients on payment status.
• Maintains accurate data input and generates reports from files and databases.
• Complies with Quality Management, Health & Safety, and Code of Integrity policies.
