Job summary

SGS Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support data entry, billing, report preparation, and CRM activities in a laboratory setting. You will register client samples, enter information, generate invoices, and prepare reports using LIMS and other databases.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and client information management.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and invoicing processes.
• Ability to prepare clear lab reports and summaries.

Responsibilities

• Register client samples and enter job information into the system.
• Perform data entry, data cleanup, and retrieve/format data for reports.
• Generate client invoices, reconcile payments, and follow up on overdue payments.
• Prepare laboratory reports and present results in the LIMS or other databases.
• Support sales by generating quotations and updating client CRM records.
• Ensure adherence to SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
• Notify supervisor if turnaround times cannot be met.
• Suggest efficiency improvements and remain aware of new technologies.
• Participate in weekly/monthly meetings with team, affiliates, and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with SGS QHSE and HR policies.
• Be amenable to onsite work for 2–6 months depending on affiliate country.
