MELCO RESORTS & ENTERTAINMENT is seeking a Reservation Assistant for Transportation and Valet to handle limousine and transport requests for guests, ensuring timely processing and accurate confirmations.

Responsibilities include booking and assigning units, coordinating with dispatch and the Opera system, handling urgent requests, posting transactions, and generating revenue reports. Strong communication and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualificações

• 1 to 2-year experience in Reservation preferably in limousine, room or airline reservation operation.
• College graduate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; good customer service; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Accepts and processes all limousine/transport requests.
• Accurately books and assigns limousine unit based on the details of the transport request.
• Provides timely confirmation to the requester and ensures complete details (vehicle model, plate number, driver details, and contact number) are provided.
• Regularly checks the daily trip forecast and coordinates with the dispatcher for proper dispatch.
• Regularly checks forecast in the Opera system.
• Handles additional or urgent transport requests and coordinates with dispatcher for available units.
• Maximizes assignment and usage of limousine vehicles; forecasts need to outsource or lease additional vehicle.
• In charge of proper charging and documentation of all limousine transactions; posts charges to Micros following Finance guidelines.
• Monitors cash flow of revolving fund and updates Finance-related reports.
• Generates and submits revenue reports to requesting departments.
• Updates superior on any untoward incidents during shift.
