Melco Resorts & Entertainment at City of Dreams Manila is seeking a Senior Agent in Non-Gaming Reservations. The role handles high-volume calls, provides guest information, and supports booking activities across Melco Resort Leisure Philippines Corporation.

The ideal candidate will possess 3 years of reservations experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Property Management and related systems to achieve revenue goals and service standards.

Formación

• 3 years’ experience in reservations preferably in gaming or luxury Hotel.
• Experience in customer service, quality assurance or performance management practices would also be beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Answer multi-line calls and assist with enquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and facilities to advise guests accurately.
• Upsell rooms and services to maximize revenue.
• Record and process guest requests and forward messages to departments.
• Prepare and compile reports as required.
