Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited is seeking a Reservation Assistant, Transportation and Valet to manage limousine reservations for guests, ensuring timely and accurate service. The role requires handling multiple requests, coordinating with dispatch and accounting to ensure proper charges and timely confirmations.

The successful candidate will have 1–2 years in reservation operations (limousine/airline/room), strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

• 1–2 years experience in reservation (limousine/room/airline) operation.
• College graduate.
• Good decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Accepts and processes all limousine/transport requests.
• Accurately books and assigns limousine unit based on the transport request details.
• Provides timely confirmation with complete details (vehicle model, plate number, driver details, contact number, rates).
• Regularly checks the daily trip forecast and coordinates with the dispatcher for proper dispatch.
• Regularly checks forecast in Opera.
• Handles additional or urgent transport requests with dispatcher coordination.
• Maximizes assignment and usage of limousine vehicles; forecasts need for outsourcing or leasing.
• In charge of proper charging and documentation of all limousine transactions.
• Posting of charges to Micros and following posting guidelines by Finance.
• Monitors cash flow of the revolving fund and keeps it updated.
• Complies with finance-related requirements approved by Finance Audit.
• Generates and submits revenue reports to requesting departments.
• Updates superior on untoward incidents during the shift.
• Other tasks as assigned by Immediate Superior.
