GoTyme Bank Corporation is seeking a CLM Manager to lead lifecycle management and onboarding across GoTyme Bank Philippines, South Africa, and partner brands. You will design lifecycle roadmaps, own test-and-learn programs, and partner with product, data, and marketing to drive activation, retention, and revenue.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery, leading CLM Specialists, ensuring on-time campaigns, and applying AI tools with guardrails.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years in CLM, lifecycle, growth, or customer engagement roles, including leading a team.
• Experience with customer engagement or marketing automation tools and product analytics or SQL-based reporting.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a data-driven, customer-centric mindset.
• Proven ability to translate business priorities into lifecycle roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own CLM lifecycle strategy across the four growth loops (activation, stickiness, primary bank, reactivation) including onboarding and cross-sell.
• Translate business priorities into a quarterly lifecycle roadmap with clear objectives and metrics.
• Lead CLM Specialists and manage day-to-day stakeholders across business, product, and partners.
• Ensure campaigns ship on time, pass QA, and meet CLM quality standards.
• Build a test-and-learn program with control groups to measure incremental lift.
• Set up CLM processes, governance, and documentation aligned with group CLM playbook.
• Introduce AI tools for briefing, segmentation, copy/design, QA, and reporting with guardrails.
