Job summary

GoTyme is seeking a CLM Manager to lead the lifecycle and engagement program across multiple markets, including onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention. You will own the lifecycle roadmap, manage a team of CLM Specialists, and work with stakeholders across product and data to drive measurable impact.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring campaigns ship on time and adhere to quality standards. AI tools and privacy compliance are integral to daily work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
• 4+ years of experience in CLM, lifecycle, growth, or customer engagement roles, including experience leading a team.
• A track record of improving customer outcomes and business results through lifecycle programs.
• Experience with customer engagement or marketing automation tools, and with product analytics or SQL-based reporting.
• Familiarity with AI tools in daily work and willingness to coach a team on using them responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Own the CLM and lifecycle strategy for the assigned portfolio across the four growth loops (activation, stickiness, primary bank, and reactivation), including onboarding and cross-sell.
• Translate business priorities into a quarterly lifecycle roadmap with clear objectives, target segments, and success metrics.
• Act as the primary CLM counterpart for business, product, and partner stakeholders and lead planning, performance, and governance sessions.
• Hire, onboard, and lead a team of CLM Specialists with clear goals, coaching, and performance management.
• Build a test-and-learn program with control groups as the default to measure incremental lift; own portfolio performance reporting.
• Set up and maintain CLM processes, governance, and documentation aligned with group CLM playbook, with data privacy compliance.
