GoTyme Philippines is seeking a CLM Manager to lead customer lifecycle programs across GoTyme Bank Philippines, GoTyme Bank South Africa, and partner brands. The role owns onboarding, activation, engagement and retention through data-driven lifecycle programs and a test-and-learn approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years in CLM, lifecycle, growth, or customer engagement with leadership experience.
• Experience using data to drive decisions and improve customer outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI tools in daily work and responsible use.

Responsibilities

• Own CLM strategy across four growth loops: activation, stickiness, primary bank, reactivation.
• Translate business priorities into a quarterly lifecycle roadmap with objectives and metrics.
• Lead CLM Specialists and manage day-to-day stakeholder expectations.
• Establish a test-and-learn practice and portfolio performance reporting.
• Collaborate with product, data, and creative teams to ensure aligned journeys.
