GoTyme is seeking a CLM Designer to craft visuals for lifecycle communications across GoTyme Bank Philippines, GoTyme Bank South Africa, and partner brands. You will design for in-app modals, banners, emails, and promo assets, ensuring accessibility and brand consistency.

You will build scalable templates, collaborate with copywriters and marketers, and leverage AI tools to speed up exploration while maintaining quality and brand fit across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a graphic, digital, or visual designer.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, with a portfolio of digital work.
• Designs with the customer in mind: clear, accessible, and actionable.
• Familiarity with AI design tools and ability to ensure brand fit.
• Strong visual hierarchy, typography, and layout.
• Ability to work quickly and maintain quality under high volume.
• Openness to feedback and data-informed iteration.

Responsabilités

• Design in-app modals, bottom sheets, banners, cards, push notifications, emails, and promo visuals from CLM briefs.
• Design for real app placements and device sizes per platform specs.
• Adapt designs to each market and brand.
• Use AI tools for concept exploration, variants, and resizing; ensure brand fit and accessibility.
• Build reusable templates and components aligned with the brand design system.
• QA assets for rendering, legibility, accessibility, and dark mode.
• Collaborate with copywriters and marketers from concept to delivery.
• Manage briefs and turnaround through the creative intake process.
