Job summary

You will manage calls and update the CRM with notes and outcomes. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in outbound calling or telemarketing, preferably in life insurance, excellent English, and familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Calendly).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound calling or telemarketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using a company-provided auto-dialer.
• Qualify leads based on coverage needs, budget, income source, and health profile.
• Prioritize live transfers to available agents, same-day appointments, and next-day appointments.
• Update CRM with accurate call notes and lead details.
• Manage appointments via Google Calendar or Calendly.
• Send premium draft reminders to active clients.
• Communicate lead feedback and appointment activity with the team.
