Job summary

CF Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking an outbound specialist to contact life insurance leads, qualify prospects, and connect them with licensed agents through live transfers or scheduled appointments.

You will manage calls and update the CRM with notes and outcomes. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in outbound calling or telemarketing, preferably in life insurance, excellent English, and familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Calendly).

About the role

About you

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable handling high call volumes
