Key Responsibilities Summary

• Make outbound calls to leads who previously expressed interest in Final Expense Life Insurance.
• Qualify prospects by confirming their insurance interest, budget, income source, and health information.
• Transfer qualified leads directly to licensed insurance agents when available.
• Schedule same-day or next-day appointments when a live transfer is not possible.
• Accurately document call notes, qualification details, and appointment outcomes in the CRM.
• Manage and update appointments using Google Calendar or Calendly.
• Send premium payment reminder text messages to active clients before their scheduled draft dates.
• Follow call scripts while building rapport and handling common objections professionally.
• Maintain clear communication with agents regarding appointments, lead quality, and daily activity.
• Meet daily call volume goals and ensure all records and appointments are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in outbound calling and appointment setting.
• Experience in the insurance industry (Life Insurance, Final Expense, Medicare, or similar) is highly preferred.
• Previous experience qualifying leads and scheduling appointments is an advantage.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Professional and friendly phone etiquette.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has appointment-setting or telemarketing experience, preferably in the insurance industry, is confident on the phone, organized with CRM updates, and can successfully qualify leads and schedule appointments for insurance agents.

Location Requirement

• This is a fully onsite position based in Eastwood, Quezon City.
• Candidates must be willing to work onsite and are expected to report to the office daily.
