Qualifications

• At least 1 year of outbound calling and appointment setting experience.
• Experience in insurance (Life/Final Expense/Medicare) preferred.
• Ability to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Professional and friendly phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads who previously showed interest in Final Expense Life Insurance.
• Qualify prospects by confirming interest, budget, income source, and health information.
• Transfer qualified leads to licensed insurance agents when available.
• Schedule same-day or next-day appointments when live transfer isn't possible.
• Accurately document call notes, qualification details, and appointment outcomes in the CRM.
• Manage and update appointments using Google Calendar or Calendly.
• Send premium payment reminder texts to active clients before draft dates.
• Follow call scripts and build rapport while handling objections.
