The ideal candidate has strong English communication, confidence with outbound calls, and superb follow-up discipline to maintain CRM accuracy and achieve appointment targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Confident and professional when speaking with customers.
• Strong rapport-building and conversational skills.
• Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, sales, or call-center roles is preferred.
• Comfortable following scripts while maintaining a natural conversation.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate CRM documentation.
• Organized and consistent with follow-ups.
• Coachable and willing to participate in training and call reviews.
• Able to learn new software and systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to old and inactive leads using GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Follow up with leads through phone calls and text messages.
• Re-engage leads who previously expressed interest but did not proceed.
• Conduct basic discovery and pre-qualification conversations.
• Identify the prospect’s needs, goals, concerns, and level of interest.
• Schedule qualified and interested prospects for consultations.
• Confirm appointment dates and times.
• Update lead information, notes, tags, and pipeline stages in GHL.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, appointments, and outcomes.
• Consistently follow up with leads who do not initially respond.
• Follow established scripts, call frameworks, and follow-up procedures.
• Communicate effectively with the team regarding qualified leads, appointments, and concerns.
