Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Insurance, or related field.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, sales, or advisory roles is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to assess client needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
• Insurance Agent or Financial Adviser license is advantageous but not required.
