Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a License Compliance Specialist to join the License Compliance team. The role focuses on monetizing usage where Bentley has no contract with pirates and where there is a contractual relationship with non-compliant users, balancing enforcement with evidence-based processes.

The position involves professional management of cases, reporting and system maintenance, lead generation, and collaboration with corporate legal, finance, and other teams. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce will be helpful.
• Strong negotiation skills are essential.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Proficiency in Tagalog is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Professional management of all assigned License Compliance cases.
• Report and maintain systems related to License Compliance activities.
• Generating, tracking and qualifying leads from various sources.
• Evaluate the weight of evidence when pursuing targets.
• This is a full‑time role expected to work 40 hours per week that will require occasional international travel.
• Participate in: Communication campaigns.
• Managing enforcement providers and counsel.
• Coordination with internal teams such as Corporate Legal, Financial Operations, Account Advancement and others as applicable.
