Job summary

Teciem designs, builds, and delivers front-to-back treasury and capital markets software solutions for financial institutions around the world. From regional banks to global institutions, we provide scalable technology meeting diverse client needs and evolving markets.

As part of the License Team, you will coordinate license evaluations across global clients, analyze contracts, and engage stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the Teciem Contract Administration environment.
• Knowledge of Teciem’s product portfolio and license evaluation processes is a plus.
• Technical knowledge including networks, system architectures, and backup environments.
• Experience working under time-critical SLAs with accuracy.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
• Proven ability to analyze information, make recommendations, and influence outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Contractual baselining: identify licensed products, metrics, restrictions from contracts.
• Customer-facing engagement: be the main contact during license evaluation.
• Internal collaboration: coordinate with Product, Technical Support, Legal, Sales.
• Product knowledge: maintain understanding of Teciem’s licensing models.
