Job summary

Teciem seeks a dynamic License Management professional to coordinate global license evaluations across the Teciem product and customer portfolio. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Support, and Product teams to minimize cycle time while maximizing client engagement and satisfaction.

You will analyze contracts to identify licensed products and terms, engage stakeholders, and ensure timely, accurate evaluations that align with defined license evaluation timelines.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the Teciem Contract Administration environment.
• Knowledge of Teciem product portfolio and license evaluation processes.
• Technical knowledge including understanding of computer networks, system architectures, and backup environments.
• Experience working in environments where accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to time-critical SLAs are essential.
• Excellent internal stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
• Proven experience analyzing information, making recommendations, and influencing outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Contractual Baselining: Analyze customer contracts to identify licensed products, metrics, restrictions, and any non-standard rights or conditions.
• Customer-Facing Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the license evaluation process, including engaging stakeholders, collecting required data, drafting conclusions, and presenting results.
• Internal Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including Product Specialists, Technical Support, Legal, Sales, and other relevant teams.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Teciem’s product portfolio and licensing models.
