Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a License Compliance Specialist to join our License Compliance team in a remote/hybrid role in the Philippines. The role focuses on monetizing usage where Bentley has no contract or where usage is non-compliant.

You will manage cases, generate and qualify leads, and coordinate with Corporate Legal, Financial Operations, and other teams. A bachelor’s degree and strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Tagalog is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Salesforce will be helpful.

License Compliance Specialist

Location: Remote - Philippines / Hybrid - Philippines

Position Summary:

We are looking for License Compliance sales specialiststo join the Bentley Systems License Compliance team. The team’s goal is to monetize usage in situations where: 1) there is no contractual relationship between Bentley and the software pirate, and 2) there is a contractual relationship between Bentley and the non-compliant user.

The two main elements of the program are:

1) Lead Generation and Qualification.

2) Enforcement.

Responsibilities:

• Professional management of all assigned License Compliance cases.


• Report and maintain systems related to License Compliance activities.


• Generating, tracking and qualifying leads from various sources.


• Evaluate the weight of evidence when pursuing targets.


• This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week that will require occasional international travel.


• Participate in:

• 
  
  
  
  1. Communication campaigns.
  
  
  2. Managingenforcement providers and counsel.
  
  
  3. Coordinationwith internal teams such as Corporate Legal, Financial Operations, Account Advancement and others as applicable.
