Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking License Compliance sales specialists to join the License Compliance team, focused on monetizing non-compliant software usage. The role involves lead generation, qualification, and enforcement activities for Bentley’s software assets across global markets.

We seek individuals who can manage cases, report on activities, and coordinate with Legal, Financial Operations, and Account Advancement teams. The position is full-time with potential international travel.

Responsibilities

• Professional management of all assigned License Compliance cases.
• Report and maintain systems related to License Compliance activities.
• Generating, tracking and qualifying leads from various sources.
• Evaluate the weight of evidence when pursuing targets.
• This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week that will require occasional international travel.
• Managing enforcement providers and counsel.
• Coordination with internal teams such as Corporate Legal, Financial Operations, Account Advancement and others as applicable.
