Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Level 2 Support (Technical - IT & Electronics) to work remotely from the Philippines, following Australian business hours. The role involves supporting custom hardware and software, diagnosing IT and electronics issues, and developing user guides for hardware and software systems.

The position requires good English communication, experience in IT/technical support, and familiarity with wiring, microcontrollers, and troubleshooting USB devices.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT customer or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of IT and electronics.
• Knowledge of wiring, soldering, and microcontrollers.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows, USB devices, drivers, and software.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for custom hardware and software via tickets.
• Troubleshoot IT, electronics, USB, Windows, and software issues.
• Diagnose wiring, microcontroller, and basic electronics faults with proper tools.
• Support automotive electronics and electrical wiring troubleshooting.
• Create technical user guides and installation manuals.
