Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Benefits Administration, Leave of Absence, or Case Management.
• Experience using Workday, HRIS, and case management systems.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Leaves of Absence and Benefits cases and serve as regional SME and process owner, with reports.
• Administer employee leave programs across multiple markets.
• Review, assign, track, and resolve cases in the case management system per SLAs.
• Provide guidance on leave eligibility, benefits enrollment, policy interpretation, documentation, and claims processes.
• Process leave requests, return-to-work activities, and benefits transactions in Workday.
• Maintain employee records and sensitive documentation with data accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, and vendors to resolve inquiries and escalations.
• Support annual benefits renewals, audits, and system enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and service delivery optimization.
• Develop and maintain knowledge articles and training materials.
