Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks an Absence Specialist in the Philippines to manage leave cases, return-to-work services, and related payroll tasks. You will coordinate with subject matter experts, vendors, and HR ServiceNow to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

The role requires 2 years in absence/leave management, a HR or business degree, and proficiency with Workday/HRMS. Hybrid work options and a strong focus on accuracy, service, and collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business required.
• 2 years handling absence/leave management in a global shared service.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools (Workday).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for escalated pay and leave inquiries.
• Audit leave/pay data for compliance with laws and CBAs.
• Coordinate with payroll and vendors on pay and leave processes.
• Manage HR ServiceNow content and related trainings.
• Support PTO/LTO/ATO programs and dashboards.
• Maintain OSHA records and hazard reporting.
• Collaborate with HR and vendors on complex leave issues.
