Qualifications

• University/Bachelor’s Degree Graduate
• More than two years of work experience in administration
• Experience with Learning Administration preferred
• Knowledge of Cornerstone-on-Demand LMS system
• Familiarity with HR technologies and Helpdesk software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with problem solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests via case management in SFDC/SharePoint
• Collaborate with training organizations and learners across the enterprise
• Provide end-to-end learning support with timely delivery
• Generate reports and maintain knowledge on learning systems
• Maintain data integrity and uphold service level agreements
• Participate in upskilling and documentation efforts
