Job summary

Xillium PH is seeking a Learning Specialist to support the Learning Resource Center in strengthening training delivery, assessments, course development, and research. The role involves coordinating projects, developing training plans, and maintaining documentation that aligns with Xillium VMA standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in trainee readiness assessments, course material design, and LMS usage, with strong English proficiency and eligibility to work in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience assessing trainee readiness and performance.
• Strong background creating course materials, documentation, and structured learning content.
• Ability to coordinate projects effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with an LMS platform and Google Workspace.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with managers, assessors, content developers, and service leaders, while providing constructive feedback to trainees.
• Business-fluent English.
• Eligible to work in the Philippines.
• 1-3 years of experience designing and delivering training programs for healthcare or medical support teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Learning Resource Center in strengthening training delivery, assessments, course development, research, and project-related initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training activities and conduct medical assessments for both new hires and tenured VMAs.
• Collaborate with teams and other departments to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
