Qualifications

• 3+ years in learning and development or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to define measurable learning outcomes.
• Design and develop eLearning, VILT, ILT content, microlearning, job aids, and videos.
• Deliver programs via Teams, Zoom and other platforms.
• Facilitate learner participation using adult learning principles.
• Coordinate pre-, in-session and post-training communications.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness with assessments and metrics.
• Manage learning project plans and stakeholder expectations.
• Support learners with resources and development opportunities.

Job Summary

The Learning Experience Specialist is responsible for designing, developing and delivering engaging learning solutions that build capability, drive behavioral change and support business performance.

Operating within a Global Business Services environment, this role partners with global stakeholders to create scalable digital, virtual and blended learning experiences. The position combines instructional design expertise with facilitation excellence to support employee development and organizational goals.

What you'll do

Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to assess learning needs and define measurable learning outcomes

• Design and develop eLearning modules, virtual instructor-led training materials, instructor-led training content, microlearning assets, job aids, toolkits, infographics and videos

• Deliver engaging virtual and classroom-based learning programs using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom and other learning technologies

• Facilitate learner participation and knowledge retention through adult learning principles and effective facilitation techniques

• Coordinate pre-training, in-session and post-training communications to reinforce learning and improve learner outcomes

• Evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, learner feedback, performance metrics and reporting

• Manage learning project plans to ensure timely delivery and alignment with stakeholder expectations

• Support learners by providing guidance on learning resources, tools and development opportunities

• Partner with global learning teams to ensure consistent learning experiences across functions and regions

• Research industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve learning programs and delivery methods

• Maintain accurate documentation and learning records related to assigned initiatives

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in learning and development, education, human resources or a related field required

• 3+ years of experience delivering virtual learning programs and using learning technologies in a global shared services or multinational environment required

• Experience designing and developing digital learning content required

• Experience facilitating virtual instructor-led and instructor-led training sessions required

• Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies and learning evaluation practices required

• Experience managing multiple learning projects and stakeholder relationships preferred

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Communication, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Psychology or a related field required
