Job summary

Xillium Professional Services is seeking a Learning Specialist in Iloilo City, Philippines, to support the Learning Resource Center with structured training delivery, assessments, and course development for VMAs and new hires.

The role requires hands-on trainee assessment, course material design, LMS usage, and cross-functional collaboration to improve LRC programs. Salary ranges from ₱25,000 to ₱45,000 monthly with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience assessing trainee readiness.
• Strong background creating course materials, documentation, and structured learning content.
• Ability to coordinate projects effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with an LMS platform and Google Workspace.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with managers, assessors, content developers, and service leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support the Learning Resource Center in strengthening training delivery, assessments, course development, research, and project-related initiatives.
• Develop and implement plans and timelines with tasks, deadlines, and milestones.
• Create and maintain project documentation including design documents, processes, and reports.
• Update training materials to align with Xillium VMA standards and provide trainee feedback.
• Monitor trainee progress and collaborate with teams to identify training needs and solutions.
