Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant work experience typically.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of learning programs.
• Assist in implementing training initiatives aligned with learning strategy.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person sessions, including materials and tracking.
• Maintain learning systems and track participant data, attendance and completion.
• Generate basic reports and dashboards to evaluate programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support learning solutions delivery.
• Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Provide admin support for projects, meetings, and communications.
• Ensure activities align with internal policies and quality standards.
