Job summary

Qualifications

• University/Bachelors degree required.
• 5+ years in learning administration, LMS support, or HR systems.
• Experience with LMS platforms such as Cornerstone OnDemand or SuccessFactors.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Learning Administrators handling enterprise learning cases and Level 2 support.
• Lead daily operations, monitor queues, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Own QA processes, CAPA planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and escalate issues when needed.
