Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, psychology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in learning and development or related field.
• Strong recruiting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in coaching, leadership development, and people management.
• Excellent organizational and performance management skills.
• Ability to assess training effectiveness through feedback and metrics.
• Willing to travel occasionally for training sessions.
• On-site in Makati, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops in various areas including leadership, communication, and performance management.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate training strategies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed to meet organizational goals.
• Support recruiting efforts by aligning training with talent development and retention strategies.
