Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an HR or learning and development role.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong project management capabilities to design, deliver and evaluate training programs.
• Up-to-date knowledge of adult learning principles and innovative training methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in using HR and L&D technology platforms to enhance training delivery.
• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field.
