Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced Learning Operations Lead in Metro Manila to oversee the Learning Operations team, drive performance, and ensure high-quality service delivery across training programs.

You will collaborate with HR, business leaders, and L&D teams to align priorities, establish KPIs, and advance learning systems, processes, and reporting. Strong people leadership and LMS familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in HR or Learning & Development with supervisory experience.
• People management and leadership skills.
• Experience coordinating training programs.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage the Learning Operations team to ensure high performance and service delivery.
• Oversee daily operations and delegate tasks effectively across team members.
• Develop and implement learning operations strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and team performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across learning systems and processes.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, and L&D teams to align learning priorities with business needs.
• Ensure scalability and efficiency of learning operations to support organizational growth.
• Lead change management efforts related to new learning technologies and programs.
• Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on learning impact and operations performance.
• Identify risks and proactively resolve operational challenges.
