Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking a Learning Systems & Analytics / L&D Operations professional to administer LMS platforms, publish learning content, and build dashboards. You will analyse learning data to drive improvements in adoption and business outcomes, collaborating with HR, L&D, IT, and SMEs.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with LMS, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights while maintaining data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development or learning operations.
• Experience administering or supporting LMS including user management and content publishing.
• Proficient in Excel and able to prepare dashboards, reports, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality.
• Experience managing learning content, records, and data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills across HR, L&D, IT, vendors, and SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Administer LMS platforms, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT/vendors.
• Publish and maintain learning content with quality, accessibility, and governance.
• Build dashboards and reports on participation, completion, compliance, and development.
• Analyse learning data to identify trends and improve adoption and outcomes.
• Collaborate with L&D, HR, and business teams on capability-building programs.
• Standardise processes and improve data quality and learning operations.
